– Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
– Location: 97 Nguyen Van Troi Street, 12 Ward, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City
– Reporting to: Admin Manager
WHAT YOU DO
In charge of all jobs related to Recruitment of HCM branch sites:
1. Recruitment
– Control the number of Headcount, PR
– Control and manage the overall recruitment work compared to the headcount
– Make an effective plan to find PT labor sources
– Control the effective recruitment source
– Control, manage and solve problems related to recruitment, notify personnel changes, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, personal income tax, dependents
– Control and manage the overall interview work for recruitment positions, participate in interviews of personnel from SV1 position and above
– Control and manage the overall reception of new personnel, monitor the probationary process
– Control and manage the overall personnel information on HRIS to ensure accuracy
– Control and manage the overall storage of employee records, return of personnel records of employees who have left work
– Control and arrange personnel records by color, 5S
– Control and manage the summary of employees leaving the job, interview employees leaving the job from SV1 position and above, report orientation results
– Control and manage the summary of employee card issuance/collection and related work
– Manage the summary of resignation applications (resignation according to the procedure, leave in between, leave irregularly)
– Control and implement the organization of periodic health check-ups
2. Management
– Set, evaluate and control the KPI of the Recruitment team
– Connect reporting sites: Recruitment REC weekly/monthly, Recruitment KPI
– Control and implement the organization of Team Building/Outing in the South
– Provide training on skills for members of the Admin department
WHAT WE REQUIRE
– University degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration or other related fields;
– Have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment supervision;
– Skills: Planning and implementing work; Observation and assessment skills; Good communication, confidence, good presentation; Ability to negotiate and bargain.
