Coming to the “AEON Delight Technology Contest – the sixth time” held annually in Japan last November, AEON Delight Vietnam participated in the competition with 2 Projects applying advanced technology to operations in the fields of Cleaning and Security.
- Automatic motorbike parking system
Researched and proposed by the Business Block – Solution Department to be applied at Ministop Nguyen Van Khoi store, Go Vap district – Ho Chi Minh City – from December 2023.
This is also the first automatic motorbike parking system installed in Vietnam by ADV.
The system includes:
- Controller: Designed with LCD control screen, manage all parking spaces.
- Car Holder: Designed with stainless steel & sturdy piston.
- Display light: With 3 colors, corresponding to 3 states of the car lock.
- Bell/Siren: Detects and warns when a vehicle is stolen
- Camera: camera system monitors all activities of the parking lot, monitored 24/7 by RMC department – Remote monitoring center located at the nine-storey office headquarters.
- Cleaning robot:
Implementing the strategy of building and enhancing the level of professionalism in operations, ADV’s Board of Directors has decided to officially put two types of industrial cleaning robots into use at AEON Mall Binh Tan.
- Robot Scrubber 75: pre-operational use (from April 2023)
- Robot Scrubber 50: used during operating hours. (from January 2024)
The evaluation results after the operation of the two projects above, it can be said that AEON Delight Vietnam is gradually realizing the “2025 Vision of AEON Delight Group” in “Solving social issues in 03 areas: Safety – Security, Labor shortage and Environmental issues”, fully demonstrated in the following criteria:
- Efficiency: increase productivity and reduce errors
- Lean: Reduces operational manpower by nearly 90%
- Quality: building a professional image in the field of service provided.
